European Choral Association Membership Weekend 2023
 
Autumn is just around the corner and with it another opportunity to meet choral friends at the European Choral Association Membership Weekend 2023 which will be held from 17-19 November 2023 | Vilnius, Lithuania.
We are kindly inviting you to join us and take this unique chance to interact, learn, sing and meet with your fellow choral enthusiasts as well as an opportunity to contribute to the next steps of our cooperation as to future of the European Choral Association!
!! As last year, we have prepared a free participation opportunity for participants from target countries of our regional development strategy !!

->> The possibility of special free participation for participants from Central-Eastern and South-Eastern Europe
In order to increase the involvement of (potential) member organisations Central-Eastern and South-Eastern Europe in the activities of the association we have the opportunity, within the frame of IGNITE, to offer a free participation including accommodation and meals as well as a subsidy to the travel expenses for maximum 1 representative per organisation and a total maximum of 4 grants.
We can cover travel costs up to 400 € and hotel and meal costs for the full package (3 nights).
If you are interested in such a free participation, please send me your application with the following information:
- name of the organisation you are representing (if you are individual please provide this information)
- short motivational letter
- estimation of your travel costs
The paid membership fee 2023 is a precondition for representatives of our member organisations to be eligible for such a free participation.

Submit your project and present it our membership in Vilnius on Friday, 17/11/2023 morning at 10:00 CEST
After evaluating the online project presentation session and the Membership Weekend 2022 we decided to go for a hybrid project presentation session in 2023. This means that those who are not able to attend our Membership Weekend in Vilnius, Lithuania (17-19 November 2023) can still present projects and/or watch the presentation online. We're looking for interesting, innovative and inspiring projects, including future projects for which you are looking for partners.
As usually, you will have a 5 minutes to present you project in person or online. You may present in any way you want, speak freely without visual support, share screen with visual support or send it to us, or show a video if you cannot be present.
